OUR SHIPPING POLICY

 

ALL ITEMS TRAVEL VIA AUSTRALIA POST RETAIL RATES- we use this provider based on reliable quality of delivery.
* Please note pricing is as as per the Australia Post website and subject to change without notice as per the Australia Post website rate changes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

AUSTRALIA-WIDE USING AUSTRALIA POST RETAIL RATES

We offer discounted express and standard flat rates to customers within Australia with details available at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- FLAT RATE ZONES:

Standard flat rate shipping is available to the following locations: New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States and Canada based on order weight with details available at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- EXCLUDED ZONES:
AVAILABLE ON PROFORMA INVOICE BASIS


We will provide you with a revised proforma invoice for review based on order weight and Standard International postage. You can then decide to make payment using the checkout button on your invoice.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS:
AVAILABLE ON PROFORMA INVOICE BASIS


Addition service requests are welcome, these include and are not limited to signature on delivery, express international delivery etc.
We will provide you with a revised proforma invoice for review based on order total weight and your chosen services. You can then decide to make payment using the checkout button on your invoice.


SHIPPING TIMES:

We pack all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order and ship Mondays to Thursdays (excluding holidays and weekends) and will provide you with a tracking number for your chosen service.

Your order will be shipped within 4 days of orders placed on business days, pending order availability and volume. 

Where an item is not available you will be notified and refunded or offered an alternative to confirm.

We ship via Australia Post using flat rate charges for domestic road parcels and air (express) parcels, calculated at checkout.
  • You will be notified of your Australia Post tracking number via email 
  • Please allow up to one week for your delivery for standard post and 3-7 days for express for Australia Wide delivery
  • International delivery times are as per Australia Post estimates and vary to location from 5-21+ days.
  • Please allow for delays in shipping over holiday periods and weekends.
  • Please enter your shipping address at the time of order to determine shipping fees before finalising your cart.
  • Ruby Street Australia is not responsible for any taxes, duty or import charges incurred when your item reaches it's destination.

LOST/STOLEN PARCEL CLAUSE:


Is your mailbox safe? Lost or Stolen parcels are notalways eligible for replacement

  • Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure/safe location/recognized address. We may request address confirmation if Australia Post does not recognize your address.
  • Ruby Street Australia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to unsafe locations, locations other than on the original order or for failed deliveries.
  • Stolen and lost packages will not be replaced unless by assessment and approval by our online team. Re- delivery to locations where parcels have gone missing may be refused or subject to re delivery to Parcel Locker address only. If you are unsure we recommend using Australia Post's Parcel locker service which is free and safe with a locked box and pin code access at a location near you. A NOTE ABOUT PACKAGING AND YOUR PARCEL

Not all items will be wrapped in plastic
We are endeavouring to remove plastic packaging as much as possible from our products

Where possible we use soft tissue paper to wrap your item
Some rolled up cotton garments are plastic free
The lack of plastic wrappers does not make your garment defective or pre-worn, rather, we have checked the garment and wrapped it carefully to ensure a lovely item arrives to you safely.
Your items will still be eligible for returns if the tissue paper wrap has been torn see our RETURNS POLICY on the bottom of the home page footer for more details on this.

A NOTE ABOUT PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

For pre-orders the shipment time frame will be noted on the item page.

If you purchase a pre-order item with another item, it may be shipped on different days and incur separate charges.

The Shipment time frame is for Australia only so please allow an extra window for international delivery according to Australia Post estimates.
